We will happily offer you a refund, exchange or gift card for all returned products on purchases made within 14 days with a valid proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns on swimwear, underwear or bedding for change of mind, due to hygiene reasons.
We do not provide refunds on B-Grade stock for chnage of mind.
All stock must be returned unworn and in new and original condition.
If you have purchased two pairs of shoes as a part of our buy one get one free sale and due to change of mind would like to return one pair only, we will refund you the difference between the buy one get one free purchase value and the single pair purchase price. This is based on the higher valued buy one get one free item.
Of course, we will gladly refund you 100% of the buy one get one free purchase value if both pairs of shoes are returned.
We reserve the right to send all faulty goods to the supplier for inspection prior to offering a credit or refund. This process can take up to 10 business days from the date of return.
1. We will gladly provide you with a refund for change of mind, as long as you have your original receipt. The item must be in original condition (shoes in box, tags still attached to apparel) and is returned within 14 days of the purchased date. Please note, the refund must be given via your original payment method.
2. If you are unable to provide your receipt, please assist us with relevant information relating to the purchase (ie: bank statement, date of purchase, location of purchase) to be eligible to provide you with an exchange or credit note.
3. Our change of mind policy does not apply to swimwear, underwear or bedding, due to hygiene reasons.
4. Our change of mind policy does not apply to any B-Grade stock.
5. OXIPAY purchases can only be returned at the original store of purchase.
Faulty Goods Policy
6. All faulty items must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection before we can offer an exchange or refund.
7. Processing of all faulty goods claims takes between 7-10 business days (Mon-Fri).
8. All faulty items being returned must be accompanied with a proof of purchase (#2).
